DAY OF ATTENDANCE INFORMATION
Swimmer Drop Off
Swimmer drop off will occur on Leith Hill Drive. Arrive via Marlkress Road from either direction. Turn onto Leith Hill to find swimmer drop off area. Spectator parking will egress via Leith Hill towards a parking spot. For the safety of all swimmers, there is no drop off permitted on Marlkress Road.
General Parking
General Parking for Cherry Bowl will occur within the Charleston Swim Club neighborhoods. This includes Charleston Woods, Charleston Riding and Ridings of Fox Run. Parking will be permitted on one or both sides of street as signed. Be prepared to walk from your vehicle to club. Please respect our neighborhoods and neighbors. Do not block driveways or leave trash behind. General Parking is shown in green on the map below.
Handicap Parking
Handicapped parking will be located on West Winding Road, across from Charleston Swim Club. Handicap space will be first come first served and space is limited. Handicap placards will be required to park at this location. Please note, the grounds of Charleston are not ADA Compliant. Gravel driveway and uneven surfaces will be experienced while on property. Handicap Parking is shown in blue on the map below.
VIP Parking
VIP parking will be located on Marlkress Road, just north of the club. This will include select officials, mayor’s office and meet operations vehicles. VIP Parking is shown in purple on the map below.
Coaches and Officials Parking
Coaches/Officials parking will be located on North Riding Drive. Two parking passes per club will be distributed at the Seeding Meeting on Monday, July 24 for this area. Coaches and Official’s Parking is shown in yellow on the map below.
Additional Traffic Information
Please follow all signs related to traffic flow. Parking maps and traffic flow are available on the cherrybowl2023.com website and will be posted on social media leading up to event.
Admission
Admission for event is $10 per person at the gate. Coaches and Tri-County Representatives will be admitted free upon presenting their ID badges. All ID badges will be converted to a wrist band at the gate. Swim team members are admitted free upon presenting bag tag ID for entry through the swimmers gate. All military veterans will be admitted for free.
Program Books
Program Books will be sold at the admission gate for $10 each.
Seating
Bleacher seating will be located along lane 6 and behind the turn end of the pool. While it is encouraged for teams to sit together, large-scale reserving of seats is not in the spirit of an event that focuses on bringing together our community around the sport of swimming. Please don’t take more than your share. Save seats for a few
friends, not the entire team.
Coaches Area
Coaches will be located along lane 1 side of the pool. In lieu of bleachers, coaches will be provided chairs, high top tables and the best visibility of the Cherry Bowl races this decade!
